I am so angry right now... it's not even funny. Diana Wynne Jones, I had thought you could do no wrong. I was mistaken. You have chosen the most efficient way to frustrate me. You started a great book, with what promised to be a wonderfully complex backstory, a thrilling mystery adventure, and an adorable young romance... but you didn't finish it. YOU STARTED AN EPIC SERIES, AND STOPPED AT BOOK ONE!!!! WHY WOULD YOU EVEN DO THAT?!?!?!?!?!
I am truly ill with frustration right now. It's agonizing. And it isn't a well known enough book for fans even... No fanfiction, or fanart. none. at all. anywhere. This is so stupid.

On the bright side:
I no longer have to clean the caked mud out of my car
I can spend time with my family
I have another month to perfect my outfit
I'm saving money on gas
I can spend all of that day watching cartoons instead of primping and driving
I get to see my younger sister in her Catwoman outfit
I won't be wasting my time watching, what I'm told is, a boring play
I don't have to feel bad about not working two fridays in a row
I don't have to worry about driving back from Houston in the middle of the night
Not so bright side:
I feel like crap and can't enjoy my cartoons without wanting to cry and I have to wait another month
